OUR TEAM

Paul Martin

Founder/Principal Engineer

Paul has had the makings of an engineer most of his life. He started to discover early on in life that engineering was his superpower. At the age of 15, Paul worked the family paint and drywall business that his grandfather founded, and was later run by his father. This formed the backbone of the core values of Martin & Wallin: collaboration, integrity and elegant design. In 1991, when Paul attended engineering school, he worked as an independent laboratory contractor for the Federal Government. He formed his enterprise and won a goverment contract from the USGS to process soil samples. This experience cemented the importance of being responsive and providing quality information to clients. In 1999, Paul began his formal career as a structural engineer. While working for the accliamed structural engineering firm Cardno Haynes Whaley, Paul honed his project management skills and further realized the importance of being responsive to the client and to focus in on the specific needs of a project. In 2008, Martin & Wallin was born. Since that time, Paul has collaborated on dozens of success engineering projects in the residential, commerical and industrial sectors -  lending his expertise with engineering services that are helping to shape our future.

Tamara Graham

Director of Marketing
​& Business Development

​Tamara grew up with a dream of becoming a professional writer. From an early age, she could be found scribbling messages on any form of paper she could get her hands on - much to the chagrin of her mother and her mother's high school year book. Tamara went on to receive her undergraduate degree in English literature and creative writing. She followed that up with a master's degree in integrated marketing communications. Over the past 25 years, Tamara has honed her creative writing and communication skills into a successful marketing and business development career. She has taught clients the importance of branding, and has helped them spread their message to the masses leading to business growth in both the non-profit and for-profit sectors. Tamara is excited to be working with Martin & Wallin to help them build a brand that is helping to shape our future.
