Central Texas Food Bank Warehouse Greenhouse

This project was in partnership with Central Texas Food Bank.  

The client required small greenhouse that would be utilized to grow organic vegetables to distribute as part of their food bank.

The Challenge
The client required a building that was in agreement 

with their mission that was green sustainable and would not impact the existing operations of their main warehouse facility. 

The Solution
We enjoyed working with this client to support their mission. We designed a green sustainable greenhouse with drilled pier caissons and structural slab to support the structure, which is located atop ground with poor soil conditions. ​

ETS Lindgreen Warehouse Expansion

This project was in partnership with TAG International.

This project was a 1-story building expansion of a 45,800 sf existing tilt-wall warehouse with a portion of the finish floor below grade. 

The Challenge
Complete the construction of the additional manufacturing facility complete with rail crane and 

storage mezzanine while maintaining little impact to the existing manufacturing structure. This project required a fast-track construction schedule.

The Solution
Our design utilized tilt-up concrete wall system construction techniques that allowed us to minimize the construction schedule. ​
